Returns and exchanges policy
Our jewellery is made to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchase. If this is not the case and you need to request a return, please send an email to ola@sarahlemon.com.br before sending your order back.
This request can be made up to 7 calendar days after the order has arrived at the requested address. The item for exchange or return must be sent in its original packaging, and the product must be in the same condition as when it was received, without any signs of use.
Sarah Lemon Joias is not responsible for exchanges of jewellery resulting from misuse, such as scuffs, scratches, stones broken from being dropped, etc. For any clarifications, please do not hesitate to get in touch with your questions.
Personalised orders and custom-made rings cannot be exchanged or returned. Therefore, all support for orders of this type is provided via email.
The refund will be processed within 10 working days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The shipping for an exchange or return is the responsibility of Sarah Lemon (to collect the product) and the customer (for a new purchase).
